AVDesignWorks is always growing
This is the perfect compliment to our custom 3D design offering. If you have hard to find plastic components that have snapped in two and you can't find a replacement, let's have the pieces, get them measured, brought into 3D, and we'll print new ones! Do you have ideas for something that would help you in your own shop or day to day life? Adapters, brackets, jigs, custom holders,... all those things you look at and wonder "Don't they make something for this?" I can look at your problem and create a solution that we can print in hard plastic to give you the exact item you're looking for.
Our printer is a PRUSA MK4 and capable of printing single pieces in an 8.5" cube volume. Larger assemblies can be printed in smaller sections and combined in the next step. We can insert magnets, weights, and nuts right into the plastic as it prints, and can also emboss text on the side of parts for labeling and clarity. There's dozens of colors we can print in as well.
